DJ CAT'S PU$$Y PARTY Vol.2

T-shirt brand chief & mischief is kicking off the new year by hosting another banging party at Warehouse. They will introduce their new spring collection and bring in DJ Cat from New York City for a special guest performance and exclusive party set. This will mark the second time Cat's popular traveling PU$$Y PARTY has stopped in Tokyo. Cat's unique blend of electro, house, 80s, and pop, has kept crowds dancing non-stop from Miami to London and this party will be no exception. DJ Cat will be spinning all the freshest music as well as performing original material. This year's PU$$Y PARTY is set to blow the roof off of Warehouse once again.

■DJ CAT NYC

DJ CAT NYC is at the forefront of New York City's party scene.Her party prowess helped her secure her first residencyas a DJ at New York nighlife impresarios Amy Sacco's Lot 61 and Bungalow 8. She has spun at events for Vogue Magazine, Marc Jacbobs, Calvin Klein and popular punk bars in New York's East Village. In 2007 she held residencies at world renowned clubs Mr Blacks and Cielo, and Bizbash magazine named her one of New York's 10hottest DJs. Cat's traveling party, DJ Cat's Pussy Party allows her to showcase her favorite new music and is an annual party at The Winter Music Conference in South Beach, Miami. Special Guest DJs have included Sammy Jo(Tour DJ for the Scissor Sisters), Steve Aoki, and Joost Van Bellen. She showcased her skills in Tokyo for the first time at a party in 2008, and is now bringing the party back here for Volume 2.



DJCatはニューヨークを代表する一人のDJである。ヴォーグ主催のイベントやマークジェイコブス、カルバンクラインなど世界を代表するデザイナーのパーティー、イーストヴィレッジのパンクロックバーなどでDJを努める。既にニューヨークでのパーティーシーンには欠かせない存在であり、Bizbash magazineからは、ニューヨークのトップ10DJの一人と称賛されている。2007年には、ニューヨークで名高いクラブ、Mr BlacksとCieloのレジデンスDJを努めた経験もある。DJCatはアメリカでのツアーはもちろん、ワールドツアーの経験もあり、メキシコシティー、バルセロナ (Razzmatazz)、マドリッド(Low Club)、コペンハーゲン、アムステルダムそしてオーストリアなどでプレイしている。今回の彼女のツアー"DJ Cat's Pussy Party"は、マイアミから出発して、フューチャリングDJとして、Sammy Jo (Scissor Sisters Tour DJ)やSteve AokiそしてJoost Van Bellenなどのメンバーで行なっている。そして今回が東京である。DJCatの才能は、DJだけにとどまらず、優秀な作詞家としてやまたプロデューサー、歌手としても才能を発揮している。今現在は、エレクトロパンクのプロデュサー、Automatic Panicと彼女のファーストアルバムを製作中。デュオアルバムの"The Sound"は、Sony BMGなどに取り上げられて話題を呼んだ。また、Arthur Bakerとのコラボレーションでは歌詞の提供や"Ready to Blow"にボーカルで参加もしている。2008年は、Catにとって本当に重要な年になるのは間違いない。なにしろ彼女自身の初レーベル"Kinetika Records"を立ち上げるからである。今迄以上に音楽活動に力を入れ、新しい音楽を創り続け、世界中のハウスラヴァーズに彼女の名前を轟かせる事になるだろう。
