初めてマイクを握ったのはなんと小学生のとき。エリックB & ラキム、パブリック・エネミー、ブギ?・ダウン・プロダクションズなどに大きな影響を受け、中学生にして渡米。その大半をニューヨークとブルックリンで過ごし、ブレイクダンス、DJ、グラフィティなど当時のスタイルを片っ端からさらい、自然な成り行きでMCに辿り着く。アメリカでのオープンマイク・パフォーマンスやインディー・レーベルの客演参加などをこなし、最近ではZEEBRAやVERBAL(m-flo)といった日本のアーティストの作品にも客演で参加している。

SPHERE left Japan for the United States on his own when he was in junior school and spent most of the time in New York and Brooklyn. He experimented with graffiti, breakdancing and as a DJ before finding his true calling as an MC.



■Alexander Lee Chang(ALC)

幼少期をカリフォルニアで過ごす。96年からアパレルブランドのディレクターを務め、03年独立。04SSより自身のユニセックスブランド、 Alexander Lee Changをスタート。日本、アメリカ、中国の文化に影響を受けて育まれた色彩感覚は見事。プロスケーターとしての側面も持つ。

Having grown up in California, Alexander Lee Chang was the director of a fashion brand from 1996, before launching his eponymous label for men and women in 2004. His sensibility is influenced by his roots in Japan, the US and China and he is also famous as a pro skater.



■田中光太郎(430)

日本を代表するトップBMXライダーとして、数々の功績を残し、10年以上に渡り最前線で引っ張り続けて来たカリスマプロライダー。年間100本以上のショーケースをこなし、様々なアーティストやアスリート達と共演を重ねており、そのずば抜けたエンターテイメント性をほこる彼のスーパープレーは、多くの人を魅了してきた。プロ選手として活躍する傍らで、アパレルブランド430(フォー・サーティー)を手掛けるほかBMXのショーケースユニットniddをプロデュースするなど、マルチな才能を生かしクリエーターとしても活躍中。

Born in 1977, Tanaka has been a BMX rider for 12 years, and is one of the top BMX riders in Japan with a very focused run and a great sense of showmanship. In 2005 at the Flatland contest, which is the king of contests for BMX riders in Japan, he won a top prize. Drawing on his multifaceted talent, he set out in apparel business with the label fourthirty (430) in 1996. He also produces BMX a showcase unit called nidd.
