新しいパーティーがまた誕生します。東京ファッションメンズブランド「ALMOND」、渋谷センター街に位置するセレクトショップ「Chimera Luxe」、そして斬新なアイディアとデザインが話題のバッグブランド「newneu.」によるパーティーSNACK ATTACK。ラウンジミュージックをテーマにゲストセレクターがパーティーを盛り上げます!



■ALMOND / アーモンド

外山聡と畠山浩行のユニットメンズブランド。男性下着ブランドとして2004年春夏よりデビュー。下着から派生したライフスタイルを提案するセットアップシリーズも展開。2008年秋冬コレクションよりスポーツライン「NINJA(ニンジャ)」をスタート。隠れた機能美をテーマにALMOND X New Balance(ニューバランス)のウェアも発表している。

Almond is a men's underwear brand launched in 2004 by designer duo Satoshi Sotoyama and Hiroyuki Hatayama. Following up on the success of their undergarments, the pair recently launched a line of suits and from the Fall/Winter 2008 season they have been producing sportswear label NINJA. With the theme hidden functional beauty, they recently began a collection in collaboration with New Balance.

■MEN AT HOME / メン・アット・ホーム

ウエスギ・ケイスケとgUUUmi aka TacchoによるDJユニット。新進気鋭のトラックメイカーやDJとのネットワークを有する団体「WELCOME HOME」も主催。空間に"マッチ"するもの、または空間を"ワープ"させるものを提供。「場所+時間+人」が生み出す「空間」にもっともコンシャスな人情派ユニット。

This DJ unit is a partnership between Keisuke Uesugi and gUUUmi, aka Taccho. They run Welcome Home, a collective endowed with a network of upcoming track makers and DJs. They pride themselves on offering sounds that "match" with a space or that "work" a space. They are supremely conscious of this space, which is the sum of the venue, the time and the people present.

■NEWNEU. / ニューニュー

新しいバッグのカタチをテーマに、全体を軽量機能素材の面ファスナーで制作。楽しく、自由に、そして自分を表現することの出来るバッグとして話題のブランド。日本産業デザイン振興会主催の2007年度グッドデザイン賞を受賞している。

These innovative bags are made from a magic tape-like fabric to which you can attach a huge selection of patches to create a unique bag of your own design. Newneu was a recipient of a 2007 Good Design Award, bestowed by the Japan Industrial Design Promotion Organization.

■THE SAMOS / ザ・セイモス

2006年に突如出現した謎のエレクトロバンド。各メンバーの経験と活動に裏打ちされたリアリティーのあるサウンドで、エレクトロを基調に、ロックとダンスミュージックの絶妙な融合を操る類まれなバンド。2007年8月にファーストアルバム『KAFKA HIGH』をリリース。ロックシーン、ダンスミュージックシーンの双方から支持を集め、様々なアーティストやクリエーターからも高い評価を得た。2009 年10月にはセカンドアルバムの発売を予定している。

The Samos is an electro band that appeared on the scene in 2006. Electro serves as the basis of their sound, and they subtle fuse it with rock and dance music to create a high-impact sound. Their first album, KAFKA HIGH, was released in August 2007. They have found a strong following gin both the dance and rock music scenes, and have won plaudits from various artists and creators. Their second album is due for release in Oct 2009.
