1960年代から1974年までに生まれたジェネレーションXは、ケネディ暗殺事件に始まり、そしてベトナム戦争の終結による「しらけムード」の中で10 代を過ごした。続く我らジェネレーションYはというと、ベトナム戦争・冷戦終結で万世の平和を願い、そして湾岸戦争、9.11、戦後最大のエコノミック・クライシスを経験した。ベルリンの壁で自由を手にし、インターネットの普及であらゆる情報にアクセスできる時代になった今、しかしながらそこにあるのは制限も決断力もない自由だけ。だったらいっその事「GENERATION FUKC YOU」と名売って、現世を投影したこのアティチュードを思い切って謳歌しよう!一時代を築くDJ達が今夜その名の元に立ち上がる!

Generation X, those born between 1960 and 1974 spent their teens witnessed the end of the Vietnam War and the JFK assassination, breeding an air of apathy. The following generation Y experienced the end of the Cold War and the Gulf War, 9.11 and the worst economic crisis for 100 years. With the freedom imbued by the tearing down of the Berlin Wall, the internet has ushered in the information age, which turned out to hold restrictions and a freedom created by an inability to make decisions. This night we call on members of GENERATION FUCK YOU to celebrate this attitude with a night of cutting-edge music and fuck-you kind of fun!



■キリ / KIRI (REVOLVER)

裏原文化最盛期の1998年にREVOLVER設立。ディレクターという肩書きだけにとどまらず、あらゆる業界に幅広い交友関係をもつダウン・トゥ・アースなDJ。

Kiri established the brand Revolver in 1998, the heyday of the Ura-Harajuku movement. Although he is best known as the director of the brand, he has many connections in other industries and is famed as a party monster extraordinaire.



■DJタケシ / TAKESHI (SWAGGER)

レコードショップ「CISCO」のHIP HOPチーフバイヤーとして宇田川町の一時代を築き、DEF JAM JAPANの立ち上げやMTV JAPANに選曲家として参加するなどシーンの重要な場面を担って来た存在。ビデオゲーム「GRAND THEFT AUTO」シリーズや宇多田ヒカルのPR、発売イベントも手掛け多方面に活躍中。そのセンスは多くのDJやラッパーからも信頼され、アドバイザー的な役割も果たしている。DJとしてはCLUB HARLEMでのイベント"HONEY DIP"やYELLOWでの"FOWL"とDJ HASEBE,DJ WATARAIらと長期に渡り活動中。CLUB HARLEMマンスリーでのコラムの執筆や自身のブログは連日高いヒット数を誇るなど業界内外問わず支持が高い。

As the chief hip hop buyer for record shop CISCO, DJ Takeshi was a pioneer of the scene in Udagawa-cho, the area of Shibuya known as the heart of hip hop culture in Japan. His fame led him t o become involved in the establishment of DEF JAM JAPAN, and led him to serve as a selector for MTV JAPAN. He was worked on the GRAND THEFT AUTO series and PR events for singer Utada Hikaru. His impeccable taste has won him massive respect from DJs and rappers, many of whom he works with in an advisory capacity. As a DJ, he plays alongside the likes of DJ Hasebe and DJ Watarai at the Honey Dip event at Club Harlem and Fowl at the now-defunct Yellow.



■DJキョウコ / KYOKO (XXX)

鮮やかなレコードさばきでパワフル且つバキバキのELECTROを奏でる。2003年からDJ活動を開始。東京ガールズエレクトロパーティー [XXX]のオーガナイザーも務める。

Don't be fooled by her cute looks ? DJ Kyoko spins a banging jump-up electro set. Active as a DJ since 2003, she does over 50 gigs per year and has played alongside some top names from Japan and abroad. She is the organizer of Tokyo girls electro party XXX.



■ジョミー /JOMMY (55DSL/ROC TRAX)

55DSLのプレス。アーバンカルチャー、ファッション、ストリートなどのシーンを自在にクロスオーバーする神出鬼没なDJ。ヒップホップ精神に基づきエレクトロ、ダンス、ハウス、クラシックス、B-MOREなどをユニークにミックスしたパーティー感あるDJスタイル。

PR maestro for the 55DSL brand, JOMMY mixes his beloved hip-hop with electronic dance, house classics and B-more sounds into a unique party style magically crafted to fit any scene.



■F.Y.S aka BINGO (HEIGHT TOKYO)

ヒップホップ、エレクトロ、ダブステップ、フィジェット、レゲエ、ハウス、ベース、テクノなどジャンルレスなスタイルでMCもこなす現在未来進行形DJ。

Fasten Your Seatbelt a.k.a. BINGO. Delivering a sound that makes your ass shake, BINGO works an MC element into his DJ sets, which mix hip hop, electro, dubstep, fidget, reggae, house, bass and techno into a crazed Shake Ya Ass mashup.



■レイディオ・ワン / RADIO ONE aka DJ Nal

1997年からDJ Nalとして始動。国内外トップクラスのアーティストと共演し、ブレイクビーツ、ハウス、テクノ、エレクトを中心にハイクオリティなDJプレイで東京ナイトシーンを上昇中。過剰に細分化されるミュージックシーンで、「Music is one」、つまり音楽は1つであるということをモットーに、ジャンルレスなDJプレイで別名義RADIO ONEとしても活躍中。

Performing un the moniker DJ Nal since 1997, he has played alongside many overseas artists, spinning breakbeats, house, techno, electro. His?high-quality DJing has put him at the forefront of Tokyo's club scene. With the motto "music is one" he uses a genreless style under the name RADIO ONE.
