2010年GW、新たなディケイドの始まりと共に、新たなダンスミュージック系屋外フェスが誕生する。
その名は「RAINBOW DISCO CLUB」。場所は東京の海の玄関である晴海埠頭。国際色あふれる美しい客船や東京タワー、レインボーブリッジなどが一望出来る絶好のロケーションだ。主なステージは2つ。抜群の景色と潮風が心地よい"RAINBOW DISCO"とその高台に位置する"THE TOP"。この両ステージに、国内外のシーン最高峰のアーティスト達が集結する。中でも特筆すべきは、ヘッドライナーとして登場する、生ける伝説”DJ ハーヴィー”であろう。ハウス/ディスコダブ/バレアリックのパイオニア、リエディットの帝王、そして、DJの神として崇められている故ラリー・レヴァンと並び立つ男だ。彼の奇跡の来日は、日本クラブシーンにおいて10年に一度あるかないかの一大事件。既に今年最大のトピックスと言っても過言ではない彼の生のDJプレイを見逃さないで欲しい。最高の環境と音響も準備万端。日本ダンスミュージック・シーンの歴史にまた新たに刻まれるであろうその瞬間を、みなさんと共有出来ることを心から楽しみにしています。

・雨天決行します。ただし、台風など続行不可能な荒天は除きます。
・荒天や本番中の不可抗力による中止の料金の払い戻しは行いません。
・出演アーティストのキャンセルや変更等に伴う払い戻しはありません。
・偽造チケットの使用など不正入場が発覚した場合は、所轄警察署に即通報します。
・飲食物の持ち込みは禁止です。持ち込まれた場合は没収となりますのでご協力ください。
・危険物及び法律で禁じられている物の持ち込みおよび使用を発見した場合は、所轄警察署に即通報します。
・過度の飲酒による泥酔には十分ご注意下さい。泥酔者は強制退場していただく場合もございます。

・器物破損を発見した場合は、所轄警察署に通報し損害賠償を請求させていただきます。
・会場の再入場はできません。
・入場時にお配りするリストバンドは絶対にはずさないでください。
