●DJ MINAGAWA
DJ Minagawa, 29 years old, is the hottest Trance music creater actively working on his production work in Tokyo, Japan. Trance Music is one of the most popular dance music genres in Japanese club music scene and Minagawa is now the key person of this scene. When he was a little kid, he liked to listen to the commercial pop songs. His childhood was just normal like everyone has spent. When he was at the age of 15, his life was completely changed when he was walking on a street; he was fascinated by the sound of the synthesizer. After working hard on his part-time job, he bought his "dream machine = a synthesizer". Playing on his dream machine was all of his life. He created many rhythm patterns earnestly at home while hearing treandy house music at that time. One day, the most famous club in Japan called "CODE"found him very good and then he made a debut as the super hottest DJ when he was 17 years old. It was FARM RECORDS that found the talent in his music when they heard his original tracks when he was spinning his own produced music. After the release of CD album titled "THE FOURTH AVENUE CAFE" in the year of 2000, he pushed his way up to stardom. He not only works on his own original production works, but also on remixing work under the name of JACK CLAVIA. One of his tracks titled “SURVIVOR” by DJ U☆HEY? VS. DJ MINAGAWA has recently been remixed by the German Trance aritst "ALPHAZONE" [SKYWARP] in 2005. In 2006, SURVIVOR [Alphazone Remix] is scheduled to be included in the album tited RESONATE 5 [TIDY TRAX, UK]. 人気、知名度ともにトップクラスのDJであり、
FARM RECORDSよりリリースされている「MEGA TRANCE」シリーズの総合プロデューサー兼、レジデントDJも務め、トランスの一時代を築いたDJである。
現在は六本木Studio Forumにて開催されているマンスリーイベント「TOKYO CAMP」を軸に2011年5月にオープン予定のshinjuku axxcisのチーフDJに抜擢。
DJ U☆HEY?としてプロデュース /ノンストップミックスしたコンピレーションアルバムは数々のヒットを生み出し、楽曲制作にも定評がある。
別名義アーティスト(PiANO MASTER / The Illuminati / Threemason / HALLO / DANCE MUSIC COMPANY / TEXAS BOYS / NIGHT HUNTER / CARIBBEAN etc)
楽曲も含めて既に200曲以上もの楽曲を世に送り出しており、
彼自身(DJ U☆HEY?名義)のデビュー楽曲「SURVIVOR」はUKの名門レーベル「tidy」からもライセンスされ全世界にて発信、多くの反響を得た。
PiNAO MASTER(http://www.myspace.com/pianomaster)名義で計3枚のアルバム(ジブリ・スピード FARM-0170 / シネマ組曲FARM-0180 / Beautiful Forest FARM-0235)、
1枚のコンピレーションアルバム(Girls Night Out PiANO STORY)をリリースし、1st Album「ジブリスピード」ではデビュー作でありながら異例の5万枚のセールスを記録し、
i-tunes ダンスアルバムチャートでも堂々の1位を獲得した。
The Illuminati, HALLO名義でも計3枚のアルバム(Re Construction Anima Preget-5 / Re Construction Anima Remixies Preget-9 / ROMANCE INFAS-0016),をリリースし、
2011年1月にはThreemason名義にて自身初のJAZZコンピレーション「JAZZ IN THE MIX」FARM-0261をコンパイルした。
近年では積極的に新人発掘、育成、プロデュース業に力を入れており、彼が全面プロデュースしている「LoveFormee」※が2010.10.27にデビューを飾った。
