08年のベストアルバムにノミネートされたデビュー作「Left Behind」やMIX CD「city lights」の世界的なヒットにより一躍トップアーティストへと上り詰め、近年におけるテクノ・プログレッシブハウス台頭の立役者として一世を風靡したD-NOX & BECKERS。
ハイエンドな楽曲と2人の人間性のケミストリーが創り出すその音楽性は、セカンドアルバム「DISTANCE」リリース後、ディープなミニマリズムとエモーショナルなテックハウスが融合した有機的なテクノミュージックへと昇華し、他に迎合しないユニークな楽曲をリリースし続けている。
D-NOX＆BECKERS結成10周年の節目となる本年、「10th Anniversary World Tour」と銘打ち、全世界40都市をサーキットする大規模なツアーを展開。ここ日本では大盛況を博した2008年のWOMB初公演以降二度目の開催が決定した！ D-NOX&BECKERSの10周年スペシャルとなるプレミアライブのほか、D-NOX、BECKERSの単独DJに加え、オープニングアクトとしてTA-KA&DAIJIROも出演。またD-NOX&BECKERSと古くから親交があり、今年を10周年YEARと銘打つTRI-BUTEをはじめ、PRIMITIVE vs NEOTOKYO.LAB、CHAMELEON RECのANRIなど、音楽性の高さと幅広さを重視したMotherらしい編成で各フロアを彩る。

10 years since the formation of D-NOX & BECKERS!
A major tour, their “10th Anniversary World Tour,” is taking them to 40 cities around the globe!
D-NOX & BECKERS became instant top hit artists with “Left Behind,” the debut release that was nominated for best album in 2008, and their world-wide hit, MIX CD “city lights.” More recently, they have taken the world by storm as key figures in the rise of techno and progressive house.
After the release of their second album, “DISTANCE,” the musicianship that is the result of the high-end sound and the human chemistry of the two artists was sublimated to form organic techno, a fusion of deep minimalism and emotional tech house. Since then, D-NOX & BECKERS have continued to release unique, uncompromising tracks.
This year, which marks the ten-year anniversary of the formation of D-NOX ＆ BECKERS, the two artists are completing a major tour which will take them to 40 cities around the world. Their “10th Anniversary World Tour” will also bring them to Japan, where the artists are set to play at WOMB for the second time since their highly successful debut performance here in 2008.
In addition to D-NOX & BECKERS’ 10-year anniversary special premier live performance, D-NOX and BECKERS will each play independently, with TA-KA & DAIJIRO in place as the opening act. With a line-up emphasizing a high level and breadth of musicianship, the night will be true to the spirit of Mother. Each floor will be alive with artists such as PRIMITIVE vs NEOTOKYO.LAB, ANRI from CHAMELEON REC, and TRI-BUTE, who is also celebrating its 10-year anniversary this year and happens to be long-time friends with D-NOX & BECKERS.
