フランス、パリ出身のDJ、プロデューサーDJ GREGORYによる覆面プロジェクトPOINT G。
2000年初頭AFRICANISM名義で”BLOCK PARTY”、”LE ENPHANTS DU BLED”、DJ GREGORY名義で”TROPICAL SOUNDCLASH/DAMELO”、”ELLE”、"SOLARIS"、"S2"、”ATTEND1/2”と傑作曲を立て続けにリリースし、BOB SINCLARやDIMITRI FROM PARISと並ぶ世界的人気ハウスDJとなったDJ GREGORY。
彼が1990年代後半にPOINT G名義で数枚リリースしていた傑作EPがヨーロッパのRAW HOUSE/TECH HOUSEシーンで再評価が高まり出した2009年、世界的人気レーベルINNERVISIONSから久々に"HEADACHE"(SECRET WEAPONS EP PART 3に収録)をリリースし復活。2012年にはレーベルPOINT Gを設立し独特のアートワークやアナログ12"オンリーによるリリースで瞬く間に評判となる。その後、POINT Gはライブ・アーティストとしても活動を開始し、BERLINのPANORAMA BARやLONDONのFABRIC等の有名クラブに出演し、世界的に注目を集める。昨年3月にはその活動の集大成となるアナログ12インチ3枚組のライブ・アルバム"LIVE SESSION 1"をリリース。そして今年5月には待望のニュー・アルバム”THE POINT G EXPERIENCE”をリリース予定。更なる活躍が期待されるPOINT Gの待望の再来日が遂に決定!
