70年代のソウルディスコの時代から活躍し、90年代には芝浦〈ゴールド〉のメインDJ＆サウンド・プロデューサーを務め、現在、宇川直宏、ムードマンとともに主宰するディープハウスパーティ“GODFATER"を軸に全国でDJ活動を続けるリアルGODFATHER OF DJ 高橋 透と名古屋Pigeon Recordsバイヤーであり、名古屋CLUB MAGOにてApollo(eleven.)、Se-1(eleven.)と組んだパーティー「Black Cream」や、“14年に伝説のベルリン地下パーティー「Homopatik」に出演するなど数多くのギグでフロアを熱狂させてきた Hattoriとの豪華2人会!!!

高橋 透 Tohru Takahashi(GODFATHER)
77年にDJ活動をスタートし80年ニューヨークのクラブシーンに憧れ渡米、大型ディスコが台頭するゲイカルチャー全盛のクラブシーンを体験し1年後に帰国。80年代を代表する最先端ディスコ「Tusbaki House 」「Tusbaki Ball」「Club-D」でメインDJを務め85年に再びニューヨークへ移住、DJレストランとして人気を博した「Fujiyama MaMa」のオープニングからメインDJとして活動する傍ダンスクラブの聖地 “PARADISE GARAGE” へ通いレジデントDJ LARRY LEVAN のプレイに影響を受けると共にハウスミュージックの黎明期を体験。ニューヨークでの4年間のDJ活動を経て89年末伝説のクラブ「GOLD」のメイン兼サウンドプロデューサーとして帰国、ハウスミュージック&ガラージサウンドを国内に浸透させるとともに5年に渡りGOLDの黄金時代を築いた。99年、宇川直宏、MOODMANとタッグを組んだダンスパーティー“GODFATHER”がスタートし以後15年以上に渡り国内で最もレジェンダリーでエクスペリメンタルなパーティーとして全国各地でアンダーグラウンド・ダンスミュージックシーンを牽引し続けたことは記憶に新しい。作品としてはLARRY LEVANによる狂気の日に焦点を当て話題となった「SICK HOUSE」やハウス DJ的アプローチでミックスに挑んだダンスホールミックス「LEGGAE LOUNGE」、そしてGODFATHER 10周年記念で制作したテクノミックス 『GODFATHER 10th anniversary Vol.1 / deathcovery mix - Mixed by TOHRU TAKAHASHI』など話題作が多い。また70年代からのDJ活動の全貌を活字で明らかにした著書『DJバカ一代』(自叙伝)は、日本におけるダンスミュージックの歴史を紐解く参考書的な役割を果たす作品として各方面から賞賛されている。40年以上に渡りダンスミュージックの最前線で活躍し続けるパワーとキャリアから生まれるボーダレスな選曲、ミックス感覚は唯一無二の存在であり、常にダンスフロアに高揚感と刺激を与え続けている。ここ名古屋で昨夏に行われたGOD FATHER reunion @MAGOでの狂乱に満ちたフロアが記憶に新しいGODFATHER OF DJ!!!

Started DJing in ‘77, longed for the United States and visited in ‘80 to feel the club scene in New York, and experienced the club scene of gay culture heyday where large discos rose, and returned home a year later. Moved back to New York in ‘85, after serving as the main DJ at the leading disco "Tsubaki House", "Tsubaki Ball" and "Club-D", important clubs that represented the 80's'. Besides working as a main DJ from the opening of "Fujiyama Ma" which is a popular DJ restaurant, he went to the holy grail of dance clubs "PARADISE GARAGE", and experienced the dawn of house music while being influenced by the works of resident, DJ LARRY LEVAN.

After 4 years of DJing in New York, he returned as the main and sound producer of the legendary club "GOLD" at the end of ‘89. The Golden age of GOLD had lasted five years, with the house music and garage sound seeping into the country. In 1999, the Dance Party "GODFATHER" that teamed up with MOODMAN and Ukawa Naohiro was launched. Ingrained in minds of people is the fact that it continued to lead the underground dance music scene across the country as the most legendary and experimental party in the country for more than 15 years thereafter. As a work, "SICK HOUSE", which became a topic and focused on the day of madness by LARRY LEVAN, the dancehall mix "LEGGAE LOUNGE" that challenges the house DJ-like approach, there are many popular ones such as techno mix "GODFATHER’s 10th anniversary Vol. 1 / deathcovery mix-Mixed by TOHRU TAKAHASHI" which was produced at GODFATHER’s 10th anniversary.

In addition, the book "DJ Bakaichidai” (autobiography), which means DJ Fool's, revealed the full extent of DJ activity from the 1970s in print. It has been praised from various fields as a reference work to understand the history of dance music in Japan.
The borderless selection and mix sensation created by the power and career that continues to be active at the forefront of dance music for more than 40 years is one and only existence, and continues to give uplifting feelings and stimulation on the dance floor at all times. The ferocious floor at GOD FATHER reunion @ MAGO, which took place last summer here in Nagoya, is a new memory of GODFATHER OF DJ!!!

名古屋Pigeon Recordsバイヤー。20年を超えるDJ経験の中で、NYスタイルのハウス・パーティーやカルト・ディスコ・パーティー等を経て、ここ10年くらいは名古屋CLUB MAGOにてApollo(eleven.)、Se-1(eleven.)と組んだパーティー「Black Cream」をほぼ毎月開催している。国内外問わず様々なDJ/アーティストとの共演が数多く、長年の音楽遍歴から得た知識や振れ幅を活かしたソウルフルでエモーショナルなプレイが魅力。'14年には伝説のベルリン地下パーティー「Homopatik」に出演。

In over 20 years of DJ experience, after going through NY-style house parties, cults, discos, parties, etc., "Black Cream" teamed up with Apollo (eleven.) and Se-1 (eleven.) has held at Nagoya Club Mago almost every month for the last 10 years.
There are a lot of collaborations with various DJ/artists regardless of domestic and international, and the soulful and emotional play which takes advantage of knowledge and the swing width gained from a longtime music wandering is attractive.
In ' 14, he appeared in the legendary Berlin underground party "Homopatik".
