LIQUIDROOM 15th ANNIVERSARY TAKKYU ISHINO / DJ NOBU

恵比寿の地にて、15周年を迎えるLIQUIDROOM──ここにこの国のテクノ・シーンが生んだ2人の異なる、しかし絶大な存在感を持つふたりのDJが相まみえる。1990年代より、ポップ・フィールドでの電気グルーヴ、ソロでのDJ、サウンド・メイキングといった活動、〈WIRE〉をはじめとする主宰レイヴ / その他のフェスや各地のクラブ、海外での活動などなど、まさにテクノをダンス・ミュージックとして、この国のフロアに根付かせ、拡大させてきた張本人、石野卓球。そして千葉のローカル・パーティ〈FUTURE TERROR〉に端を発し、ここ数年でヨーロッパのダンス系のトップ・フェスやクラブ、さらにオセアニア、アジア、南北のアメリカ大陸にいたるまで世界中のテクノ・シーンの最前衛で結果を出し、今や世界のトップDJの仲間入りをしたDJ NOBUが登場する。キワキワでエッジーなテクノの表現に満ちた、この壮絶体験間違いなしな夜を見逃すな！

Since the move to Ebisu in 2004, we will be celebrating LIQUIDROOM’s15th year anniversary expansion. You will experience mesmerizing DJsets by two individuals from the Japanese techno music scene: Takkyu Ishino and DJ Nobu.

Ishino is one of the members in the duo-group Denki Groove, which has been a pop-icon since the 1990s. He continues to evolve his solo DJing career by involving sound productions and organizing parties like the Wire. In addition, to countless club and festival appearances both domestically and internationally. No one can deny that Ishino is one of the originators who rooted techno music in Japan’s dance floors.

DJ Nobu is the mastermind behind Future Terror, which was started as a local party in Chiba City but now widely known. In recent years, he has been involved in the top festivals and clubs in the European dance scene and also has done excellent work at the forefront of the techno scene in the world from Asia-Pacific to the Americas. He is now considered one of the world’s top DJs.
