Salmonは2004年より東京で活動するエレクトロニックミュージックのプロデューサー。彼は日本で最も革新的で多才なミニマルテクノ、クリックハウスを生み出し続け、ドイツの「Karmarouge Noir」や「Raum...musik」といった有名なレーベルからレコードをリリース、また東京での彼自身の レーベル「WC Recordings」からもリリースしている。
Max Hattler（イギリス)とRobert Seidel（ドイツは)、そのショートフィルム、ビジュアルパフォーマンスが世界中のアートショーや美術館、フィルムフェスティバルでの数々の賞を受賞しているフィルムメーカー/ビジュアルアーティスト。雑誌「Dazed and Confused」では「世界で最もエキサイティングな若手アニメーター」と賞されている。今回Minimal Tokyo 9にて、Max HattlerとRobert SiedelはSalmonとコラボレーションをし、ここでしか見られないオーディオ・ビジュアルライブを行う。

Salmon aka Kenji Kikuchi started his electronic music career in 2004. Since then he has developed a reputation of one of Japan most prolific and innovative minimal techno and click house music artist, releasing records on such acclaimed labels as Germany's "Karmarouge Noir" and "Raum...musik" as well as his own Tokyo label "WC Recordings."
Max Hattler, UK and Robert Seidel, Germany are filmmakers and visual artists whose short films and visual performances have been winning numerous awards in art shows and film festivals world-wide. Described by "Dazed and Confused" magazine as some of the "world's most exciting young animators" they will collaborate with Salmon to create live audio-visual performance exclusively for Minimal Tokyo 9.
