Lori Fine とのユニットとして1998年にメジャーデビュー以来、最新アルバム「Core」を含めてこれまでに8枚のオリジナルアルバムをリリースし、国内外で高い評価を受けている COLDFEET のプログラマー/ベーシスト/DJの Watusi と、DJ/オーガナイザー/作家/プロデュサーとしてマルチに活躍する Naz Chris の2人が、DJ BAR KOARA (東京・渋谷) に登場！

2019年9月に「NAZWA! EP1 -Kiss the Tokyo Girl-」をリリースし、DJユニット【NAZWA!】としても共に精力的に国内外で活動する Watusi と Naz Chris の2人をスペシャルゲストDJとしてお迎えする MYTH OF TOMORROW は、Suburban Eclectics (angelo | Dj T:Tokyo) と旧来の仲間をレジデントDJに、半年に1回のペースで開催されるDJイベント。デトロイトテクノ、テックハウス、シカゴハウス、クラブジャズ、ダブ、ブレイクビーツ、ドラムンベース、エレクトロニカなど、幅広く多様なクラブミュージック・ジャンルをクロスオーバーし、新たな曲との出逢いと、音楽的感動を提供していくことをテーマの一つに掲げています。

過去から現在、そして未来へと連綿と続く時間軸と、そこに内包される様々な感情や情景、出来事に思いを馳せながら、都内屈指のサウンドシステムを誇る DJ BAR KOARA で繰り広げられる6人のDJ思い思いの渾身の選曲とプレイをぜひお楽しみください。

【Ambassadors for Japan’s underground culture to the world—Watusi and Naz Chris’s exceptional DJ performance at DJ BAR KOARA】

On Saturday, December 14, Watusi, a talented music producer, bassist and DJ known for his works as a member of the duo artist COLDFEET (with a composer and vocalist Lori Fine), and Naz Chris, a young versatile creator who is a DJ, event organizer, author, producer will be making their exceptional DJ performance at DJ BAR KOARA located in the heart of the Shibuya city, Tokyo.

Watusi and Naz Chris will make their appearance as special guest DJs at the techno, house and crossover jazz-influenced event MYTH OF TOMORROW, a biannual DJ event organized by Suburban Eclectics (angelo | Dj T:Tokyo) and their long-time DJ mates.

The event will be focusing on crossing the boundaries of Detroit techno, tech house, Chicago house, nu jazz, dub, breakbeats, drum and bass and various types of electronic music to move your feet whilst expanding your mind in the past, present, and future.
