ご存じアメリカのスーパースターDJ／プロデューサーデュオDeep DishのAli “Dubfire” Shiraziniaが、イギリス老舗プログレレーベル「Global Underground」から、初のソロミックスアルバムをリリースします。これまで数多くのミックスをリリースし、親日派としても知られているDeep Dishは、2006年にはグラミー賞を受賞。つい最近にはロンドンの老舗クラブ「Fabric」で、レジデントパーティーをスタートさせました。メンバーの1人Sharamは昨年、Aliよりひと足先にミックスコンピ「GU Dubai」をリリースするなど、個々の活動が注目されている中での、Aliのソロ「Dubfire GU031 – Taipei」のリリースとなります。「このミックスはDeep Dishではなく、僕自身がどういう人で、どんな音楽に影響されてきたのかを反映しているんだ。とくに新しいものに注目するのが好きなんだよ。」とAliがコメント。リリースは4月10日、ラインアップは以下のとおりです。
